Current Students: Your unofficial transcript can be pulled up on your Infinite Campus Account under Documents.
Transcript Request - Current Students:
Current students, please use the Google Form below to request your OFFICIAL transcript (s) to be emailed to post secondary institutions or picked up in the counseling office. Make this request while logged into your student K-12 account as the submission of the form is by electronic signature. If transcripts are unable to be emailed or sent through the Common App, they will be available to pick up Friday after school in the counseling office. You will be responsible for picking up and mailing your documents. The first two transcripts are free of charge, after that there is a $1.00 advance fee for each subsequent paper transcript ordered to be paid to the counseling office.
Transcript Request - Former Students:
If you are born before 1980, please contact the central registrar for the Sioux Falls School District: 605-367-4386.
All other former students have three options:
1) Stop by the counseling office at LHS and complete a green form and pay the $5 fee for each transcript ordered, or
2) Print the PDF file listed on this website , fill it out, and mail it, along with the $5 fee for each transcript ordered to: Lincoln High School Registrar, 2900 S Cliff Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57105, or
3) Fill out the Former Student Transcript Request form below and pay the $5 fee for each transcript ordered at LHS or mail the fee to the address indicated earlier. Transcripts must be paid for before they are mailed out. This is a Google Form so you will be required to log into a Google account.
At this time, we are only able to accept cash, check, or money orders.
