South Dakota Scholarships 

The LHS scholarship database includes scholarships specific to South Dakota students. The scholarships are organized by month applications are due. 
SFACF offers more than 50 different scholarship opportunities available to graduating seniors.   Applications become available December 15th with a deadline of March 15th. 
​This Statewide Scholarship Bulletin Board aims to provide students across South Dakota a platform to search numerous scholarship opportunities. In addition to scholarships managed by the state of South Dakota and its public universities and colleges, this bulletin board lists scholarships from outside organizations. 

Reduced Tuition

Students in Western states may enroll in participating public college programs at a reduced tuition level. States that participate include: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Some institutions are on a first-come, first-served basis. While others may only offer designated programs at the discounted rate.
